Loud music or noise is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Submit maintenance requests through the tenant portal. Emergency requests will be prioritized.
Each unit is allocated one parking space. Unauthorized parking will result in penalties.
Monthly rent must be paid before the 10th of each month. Late payments will incur additional charges.
Rent will be increased by 10% annually as per the tenancy agreement.
All visitors must register at the gate. Identity passes are mandatory for residents and their dependents.
Main gate closes at 11 PM. Late entry requires prior notification to security.
